By accessing or using LinkedInHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

LinkedInHub is a content management tool that helps users plan, create, schedule, and manage LinkedIn posts. The service includes AI-powered content generation, scheduling, and organizational features.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
Upload malicious code or interfere with the service's operation.
Use AI-generated content in ways that violate LinkedIn's terms of service.
Resell or redistribute the service without authorization.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create using LinkedInHub. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your posts, notes, or other materials.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the AI feature is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of any AI-generated content before publishing.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Account information: Name, email, username, and password (hashed).
Content data: Posts, notes, hashtags, links, and schedules you create.
Usage data: Login timestamps, feature usage, and session information.
AI generation data: Topics and parameters you provide for content generation.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the service.
To authenticate your identity and secure your account.
To generate AI content based on your inputs.
To improve the service and fix issues.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored locally on the server in JSON files within your user directory. Data is not shared with third parties except as required for AI content generation (topic and parameters are sent to Google Gemini API).

4. Third-Party Services

Google Gemini API: Used for AI content generation. Your topic and generation parameters are sent to Google's servers for processing.
LinkedIn API: Used for publishing posts if you connect your LinkedIn account.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures including password hashing, session management, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure.

6. Your Rights

Access and export your data at any time via Settings.
Delete your account and associated data.
Modify your personal information through account settings.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed from the server.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update these policies from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
